Rubbertec Australia manufactures a range of hand built, autoclave vulcanized rubber expansion joints. Tec-flex Expansion Joints provide vibration dampening in pipelines when thermal expansion and fluid pressures are present as well as accommodating misalignment of pipeline connections. Movement of the Tec-flex expansion joints are designed to accommodate axial extension and compression, angular movement, lateral deflection and torsional movement. Sizes as standard range from pipe sizes 50mm to 1500mm.

Tec-flex Expansion joints are custom designed to your application, with a variety of liner and cover materials, mild steel or stainless steel flanges, with or without control rods, and a number of heavily reinforced arches to provide resilience at the hinge point.
